- Build your emotional resilience by using various skills and techniques such as coping strategies, positive thinking, stress management, etc.
Day Three:
Leading Teams and People
- Learn the concept and importance of teamwork for leadership effectiveness and organizational performance
- Understand the dynamics of team leadership by using various models and tools such as Tuckman’s stages of team development, Belbin’s team roles, Lencioni’s five dysfunctions of a team, etc.
- Build and maintain trust within teams by using various skills and techniques such as communication, collaboration, delegation, etc.
- Leverage individual strengths for collective success by using various skills and techniques such as recognition, appreciation, empowerment, etc.
- Manage conflict within teams by using various skills and techniques such as negotiation, mediation, arbitration, etc.
- Mentor and coach your team members by using various skills and techniques such as goal setting, feedback, action planning, etc.
Day Four:
Change Management and Leadership
- Learn the concept and importance of change for leadership effectiveness and organizational success

Day Five:
Strategic Vision and Communication
- Learn the concept and importance of vision for leadership effectiveness and organizational alignment
- Craft a compelling vision for your organization by using various tools and techniques such as vision statement, mission statement, core values, etc.
- Align your team and organization to your vision by using various skills and techniques such as communication, involvement, commitment, etc.
- Communicate effectively to different audiences by using various skills and techniques such as verbal, non-verbal, written, visual, etc.
- Lead with integrity and ethical consideration by using various skills and techniques such as honesty, transparency, accountability, etc.
