This course will provide senior managers with a comprehensive understanding of infrastructure asset management and its role in sustainable development. The course will cover the key concepts and principles of IAM, Risk Management in IAM, developing asset management plans and strategies and learning about challenges and opportunities of infrastructure development. Participants will also have the opportunity to learn from case studies and discuss challenges and opportunities with fellow senior managers.
