Day One:
Accepting yourself as a leader
- Reflect on how you have led in the past and acknowledge your abilities as a leader.
- Learn from the experiences of successful women CEOs and how they overcame the barriers in their careers.
- Identify your strengths and areas for improvement as a leader.
Develop a personal leadership vision and goals.
Day Two:
Understanding your context
- Learn how to read and diagnose the context and culture of your organisation and industry.
- Understand how gender stereotypes and biases affect women leaders and how to respond to them effectively.
- Explore the challenges and opportunities for women leaders in different sectors and regions.
- Build a network of allies and mentors who can support you in your leadership journey.
Day Three:
Negotiating as a leadership practice
- Understand the cultural dimensions and dynamics of negotiation and how they impact women leaders.
- Learn the skills and strategies to negotiate effectively for yourself and others.
- Practice negotiating in various scenarios such as salary, promotion, resources, contracts, etc.
- Receive feedback and coaching on your negotiation performance and style.

Communicating as a leader
